You will need:
1 roll frozen white bread dough, thawed
powdered sugar and cinnamon
2. Form pieces of dough into circular 4 to 6 inch rounds, 1/2 inch thick.
3. Carefully place in oil, frying each side till golden brown. (Do not allow dough rounds to touch while cooking.)
4. Carefully remove from oil and allow to drain on paper towels.
5. Top with powdered sugar and cinnamon while still hot. *optional: top with cherry or apple pie filling.
