Fresca Garden Salsa

You will need:

6 large tomatoes, diced
1 sweet green bell pepper, diced
1 sweet yellow bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup chopped onion
cilantro, chopped very fine (to taste)
dash of lime juice (maybe 2 dashes)
garlic powder or garlic salt (to taste)
1 sweet banana pepper, diced
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers*, diced, (*with the seeds removed from all but one if you don’t like heat)

Combine in bowl and stir to mix. Let sit in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to mingle.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping with your favorite mexican dish.
