Old-Fashioned Potato Soup

You will need:

2 medium potatoes, diced
4 medium onions, diced
2 cups boiling water
2 Tablespoons oleo, butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cups potato water (left from boiling potatoes)
3 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper
2 teaspoons chopped parsley

Cook potatoes and onions with the 2 cups of boiling water until the vegetables are tender. Set aside.

Cream oleo and flour in separate pan.

Add milk and 1 cup of the potato water to make a sauce.

Stir all ingredients together, heat and serve.
