Onion Wraps

You will need:

1 -2 bunches Green Onions (scallions), or as many as desired
1 16 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 package dried beef or thin sliced deli ham

1. Wash, trim and pat scallions dry.
2. Spread cream cheese on slices of dried beef or ham to form a decent layer.
3. Starting at one end of the meat, wrap cream cheese side in, meat side out around white end of scallion.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
