Raspberry Fruit Dip

You will need:

1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 Tablespoons finely chopped pecans
1 cup sour cream ( you can use light or nonfat if you wish)
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
2 Tablespoons milk

To make:
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
2. Chill well, covered in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
3. Serve with fresh fruit slices of your choice. (apples, pears, bananas, strawberries all work very well, but feel free to get creative.)

Makes about 2 cups of dip.
