1 can Tamales (peeled)
1 15oz. can Chili (beans or not— your preference)
1 bag shredded cheese (2 cups)
1 bag tortilla chips
In an 8×8 inch pan, spread chili in an even layer on the bottom.
Arrange peeled tamales on chili.
Top with shredded cheese.
Place in oven and bake for 350 degrees for 20 -22 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tamales are heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 2-3.
