Cappuccino

You will need:

1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup hot espresso

What to do:

Combine sugar and cocoa; set aside.

Heat milk over low heat until hot. (not boiling)

Transfer to blender and process milk at high speed until foamy.

Pour espresso into cup.

Gently pour non-foamed milk into espresso & spoon foamy milk on top.

Sprinkle with cocoa mixture.

 

Makes one serving.
