Egg Casserole

Great for breakfast, or for brunch, lunch, dinner… omelettey goodness in casserole form.

You will need:

6 eggs

1 cup milk

2 slices bread ( broken into pieces)

1/2 pound cooked meat of your choosing (we usually use breakfast meats, like bacon, sausage, ham…. but you could use chicken, turkey, steak, hamburger…. whatever you like.)

4 ounces of shredded cheese (we use cheddar, but again, whatever you like is fine.)

Grease 8 x 8″ pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Break eggs into bowl and mix with milk. Pour into 8 x 8″ pan, add in bread pieces and meet. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, top with shredded cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Serves 2-4.
