You will need:1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup hot freshly brewed espresso
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
ground cinnamon or cocoa powder (to sprinkle) What to do: In small pan, heat milk over low heat and then remove from heat. (Do not boil milk – just heat it.) Transfer heated milk to blender, and blend till foamy. Pour espresso into large coffee cup and spoon foamy milk on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder. Serve immediately. Serves one.
