Chocolate Brownie in a Mug

1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans, optional
1-1/2 teaspoons egg white powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder, optional
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
1-1/2 tablespoons water
Microwave butter or margarine in a mug until melted, 20 seconds on high
power.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring with a fork until blended.
Microwave on 60 percent power for
2 minutes.
Let stand in microwave 1 minute.
Remove from oven and let stand until cool enough to eat.
