We decided we weren’t going to let the rain ruin our grilling plans for today.
We just needed to adjust a thing or two…
First, we had to cook the corn on the stovetop rather than grilling it. This saved us time from having to be outdoors in the rain.
We had purchased some seasoned beef on skewers from Horrock’s, along with some steak & veggie wraps, and some breakfast steaks and veggies to create our own steak & veggie wraps.
I took apart the skewered beef, and added summer squash, green bell pepper, zucchini, and some red onion, and turned two all beef skewers into four shish kebabs with beef and veggies!
We also made two all veggie skewers with the leftovers, and grilled it all up.
